1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are only applicable if the service has not been initiated or if RentLegal.in fails to deliver the agreed service due to an internal error.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

• Once your rent agreement document has been processed or submitted to the government portal.
• If incorrect or incomplete information is provided by the customer.
• If the delay is caused by government server downtime or third-party systems.

3. Refund Process

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment after verification.
